Our Mission
We are passionate about collaboration and partnerships, and want you to be able to connect with others in the same sphere as you, so that together, you will be better able to support the needs of the schools you’re connected to.
The Need
Christians across the UK have long been seeking to support their school communities, for the sake of the next generation. There have been many who have tried to go about it alone but have struggled with not knowing where to start or how to go about it. This has made it difficult for Christians to support young people in ways that are much needed that they are otherwise well-placed to support.
The Solution
Cross Connecting is a digital platform designed to connect Christian parents, teachers, churches, and Christian organisations (wherever you are in the UK) to help you support the needs of your school together. This specifically includes delivery of the RE curriculum, school assemblies & collective worship, and Christian clubs / CUs; and in many other ways too.
We achieve this by giving you free access to our online Schools Connect tool where you can find and communicate with other Christian parents, teachers / school staff, churches, and Christian organisations supporting at your local school. We also give you access to our Resources Hub, where you can view resources created by others with years of expertise: resources by the community, for the community.
Whether you are a Christian parent looking to find other Christians in your child’s school community, or whether you are a teacher looking for RE speakers or Assembly visitors, this is a platform where you can find and connect with others.
